Billing Guidelines and Advertising Rules
Welcome to No1in.US ! Here
is a brief summary of our billing procedures, fees and services. To
advertise with us, we request that you read these rules and
regulations. Please note that we always do our best to work with
your needs and this document is only intended to outline our basic
procedures.
Release
Form:
A copy of our Independent or Agent Release with your
legal signature is required to advertise with us. We are unable to do any
work on any ads that do not have a signed release on file.
Once we have all required
materials including releases and payment, we will begin building your new
ad. Please click here to view our processing times.
The accuracy of the ad that you
run on No1in.US is your responsibility in full. If you feel any aspect of your
ad is incorrect or not as you have requested it, you must report it to us
within 24 hours of ad placement or update. We assume no responsibility for
any inaccuracies that are not reported to us within 24 hours of ad
placement or update.
General
Billing:
We will
notify you via e-mail approximately two weeks before the end of your free
trial or advertising term that your payment is due and the amount owed. If
you have not done so already, please call us with an e-mail address for
billing. It is the client's responsibility to notify No1in.US if the billing
contact information has changed. Your e-mail address must be accessible to
receive billing information. A $20 late fee will be assessed for payments
received over 7 days late.
Note: No major changes may
be made to an account if a payment is past due or due within 7 days. Your
ad is subject to cancellation if your contact info is not accessible to
leave messages or send e-mails. We WILL NOT call you to notify you that
your ad(s) has been cancelled.
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel
any unpaid advertising services at the end of the advertising term. NOTE: No major changes may be made
to an account if a payment is past due or due within 7 days. Your ad is
subject to cancellation if your contact info is not accessible to leave
messages or send e-mails. We WILL NOT call you to notify you that your
ad(s) has been cancelled.
Billing for Independent
Clients:
We bill
in two-month cycles. There is a $10 surcharge for a one-month payment.
Clients with multiple services (banners, animated thumbnails, etc.) may
qualify for a waiver of the one-month premium.
Billing for Agencies or
Groups:
We bill
in one-month cycles. There must be only ONE contact person to handle
billing and changes on the account. Agencies running four or more ads
receive a 20% discount off ads and animated thumbnails, but that does not
include special services such as banners and secured
placements. Please note: if you are running four or more ads or
services with a balance of $300 or more, the $10 surcharge for one month
billing is waived. If you are running less than four ads, or services less
than $300, a $10 surcharge will be added to your bill for one month
billing.
Refunds in First
Month:
We do not
offer refunds for the first month's payment on any individual ad. There is
a $30 cancellation fee applied to ads that are cancelled within the first
month. All remaining credit may be applied to future advertising or other
services that may be running.
Discounts:
We offer the following discounts for prepayment via check, money
order or MoneyGram. No credit cards payments may be accepted by law for
payments greater than two months. There is a 10% discount if you prepay
for 4 months, 15% for 6 months and 20% for a full year in advance. All
prepayments must be made in a single payment.
Payments
Options:
We
accept checks, money orders, and MoneyGram Express Payments.
We only accept credit cards in the name of the advertiser - no 2nd party
cards. This includes boyfriends, family or friends. Checks or money orders
should be made out to:

NOTE ON PAYMENTS ORIGINATING
FROM CANADA:
Please note that
accept Money Orders and Checks in USD only.
While we accept
Credit Cards, at this time we can only charge in
USD.
Unfortunately we cannot accept MoneyGrams from
Canada.

We offer free text changes
(within reasonable limits) within 72 hours. |

Photo
Changes |
|
We offer a
free photo update every 30 days. If you would like to change a photo
before 30 days, it is $10/image; thumbnails are separate images. The
turn around time for your Photo Update is FROM THE TIME WE PROCESS
your materials - not from the time you send them (excluding weekends
and holidays). Please

appear on the What's New page every 30 days (no sooner than
